Cynthia Barnett is an Associate Consultant with Paradigm Consulting, a woman-owned business in the Bay Area. She works with entrepreneurs and business owners in developing their ability to reliably produce breakthrough results in business. Paradigm Consulting uses a patented methodology that focuses on human potential and identifying the source of performance. She has been working in this field since 1999.

Cynthia is originally from East Texas and graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.S. in Economics and Finance. She has lived and worked in London, New York, and Tokyo. In 2004, she moved to the East Bay where she lives with her husband, Blair, and their two cats, Rumpleteazer and Macavity.

Cynthia loves to cook, knit, travel, and play golf with her husband. Her key to success is listening for the gold in what others say.
